CNN and BBC News have both confirmed an outbreak of "laughing sickness" among new born babies. Doctors are suggesting that individuals need to stay away from all hospitals until the cause of this outbreak is identified . Doctors have also confirmed a number of uncontrollable cases of laughing sickness involving babies in different hospitals. It has already spread among most newborns and their family's. The Ministry of Health in Cyprus has issued a warning alerting everyone that this disease can cause distractions due to the prolong sounds which becomes very irritating noises.
